Stop discarding used rubber gloves, face masks on ground amid COVID-19 crisis, mayor says

Toronto Mayor John Tory says discarding used rubber gloves and face masks on the ground is not only “bone-headed” but “risky” and he’s reminding residents that littering in the city can result in a $500 fine.
