‘Maybe we can hang on’: New child-care business sees no financial help in sight

The partners behind a new child-care business that never got a chance to open its doors say there’s no financial help coming from the government n the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic – but they hope the federal government will bring in a commercial rent-relief program that could help them stay afloat.
